Position: Residential Services Manager
Location: Central Queensland
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to $150,000 per annum, based on experience + relocation incentives

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a fully accredited, mid-sized residential aged care home in Central Queensland. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work with a committed team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and their families.

You will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational performance of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day clinical and operational functions of the home

  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements

  • Lead, support, and develop a multi-disciplinary team

  • Oversee financial performance, including budgets and resourcing

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community

About You

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within residential aged care

  • Proven knowledge of aged care standards, legislation, and accreditation processes

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills

  • A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality care

  • Ability to foster a positive workplace culture and build strong team morale
